Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)

Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) is a type of psychotherapy that focuses on helping individuals accept their thoughts and feelings, commit to actions that align with their values, and increase psychological flexibility. My goal with this approach is to help clients live a meaningful life by embracing difficult emotions rather than trying to avoid them, while  taking steps toward personal growth and values-based goals.
